At First Place Radlett all our nursery staff hold an early years qualification. We are committed to supporting our staff in their professional development through in–house training, workshops and courses. A number of our staff are currently undertaking further qualification courses.
We have close links with local colleges and schools and provide work experience placements for students as part of their training.
